Printed to order
Every printed book is made when you order it, by print partners in the UK, US, Europe or Australia depending on your destination. Production usually takes 3–5 working days before dispatch. We will email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Free UK delivery on orders over £40.00.
Delivery times are estimates and run from dispatch. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returning printed books (14 days)
You have 14 days from receiving your books to cancel your order without giving a reason. Email hello@northwindpress.com with your order number and return the books in good condition within a further 14 days. We will refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the books back (or proof of return). You pay the cost of returning them unless the book is faulty.
Damaged or misprinted books
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing fault (blank or mis-trimmed pages, faulty binding), send us a photo at hello@northwindpress.com within 30 days and we will send a free replacement or refund you — your choice. There is no need to return the faulty copy.
Lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time plus 10 working days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier; if it has been lost we will reprint it or refund you.
